- Bush passed a new Stimulus package with Congress on a new Budget that will help you- i.e. With new Loan Amounts increments for FHA and Fannie Mae- plus Tax credit for you and your family- The Senate passed this bill back on Feb 15th and now Congress is trying to come to an agreement on the plan which includes help for many more causes then just taxes and Loan Amounts. - In order for Williams Finance LLC/AWGB Services to review your Modification we must have all of your documentation.
- Loan Modification Form-list of total expenses {this sheet will be key in getting you approved}
- 2006-2007 W2’s and two most current bank statements (Personal)
- 2005-2006 1040’s **** note if 2007 is done please exclude 2005
- Most recent copy of your home owner INS
- Copy of any additional Medical bills/Co-Pays
- Modification processing time is 30 to 120 days depending on your mortgage institution. All payments will be deferred to the end of your current loan. If your property taxes are delinquent or due your mortgage company will pay those in advance and deferrer those to the end of the loan as well. We have the same program software the mortgage companies are using to approve your modification. Each Modification is different case by case scenario. Please refer to your phone interview for your scenario.
